At Tea & Leaf Pte Ltd, we’re committed to delivering your tea fresh, fast, and with care—no matter where in the world you are. Our shipping process is designed to be smooth, reliable, and transparent, so you can enjoy your tea with complete peace of mind.
Worldwide Shipping Coverage
Shipping Origin & Rates
All of our shipments originate from China. We offer a flat shipping rate of USD $9.99 on all orders up to 10 kilograms. For orders exceeding this weight, please contact us at hi@teanleaf.com with the subject line “Wholesale” for a custom quote.
To ensure accurate delivery and smooth customs clearance, please create a user account and input your complete shipping address during checkout. For best service, please also include your telephone number, as many countries require this for shipping verification.

Processing Time
Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and national holidays.
We typically fulfill and dispatch all orders within 24–48 hours of receiving payment.
Estimated Delivery Time
Our standard delivery window is typically 10–15 business days after dispatch. However, please note:
- International delivery times may vary based on your country, customs clearance, and local postal service.
- Some shipments may take up to 15–25 business days in rare cases due to unforeseen delays.

Order Tracking
All shipments are fully trackable. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number.
You may also track your parcel via your Tea & Leaf account.
Please allow 2–4 business days for tracking information to become active after shipment.
Customs & Import Duties
In most cases, you won’t be charged additional taxes upon delivery. However, import duties or customs fees may occasionally apply depending on your country’s regulations. These are the responsibility of the customer.
Incorrect Addresses
Please ensure your shipping address is entered accurately during checkout.
We are not responsible for delivery delays or additional charges resulting from:
- Incorrect or incomplete addresses
- Carrier redirection fees
- Reshipping costs
Note: We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.
Late Delivery Disclaimer
We provide estimated delivery windows based on our experience and carrier performance. While we aim to meet or exceed those timelines, international shipments may face delays beyond our control due to:
