Return & Refund Policy

At Tea & Leaf Pte Ltd, we take great pride in the quality of our tea and teaware. If you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help — fairly and transparently.


Return Eligibility

You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To qualify:

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.

  • You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

  • Returns must be authorized by us before being sent.

  • Send return requests to: support@teanleaf.com

Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.


Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping fees unless the item was incorrect or damaged upon arrival.

  • For fragile items like teaware, we strongly recommend using a box (not padded envelopes) to prevent breakage.

  • A return shipping label and instructions will be provided for approved returns.


Product-Specific Return Guidelines

Tea Products

Due to the perishable nature of tea, we only accept returns if:

  • The product is unopened and sealed.

  • The item is damaged or incorrect, and reported within 7 days of delivery.

We do not accept returns for opened, used, or tampered tea products.


Teaware

Teaware may be returned if:

  • The return is requested within 7 days of delivery.

  • The item is returned within 15 days, unused, and in its original condition and packaging.

  • A 15% restocking fee applies.

  • An additional 10% repackaging fee applies if the original packaging is missing.

  • Items damaged in return transit may not be eligible for a refund.

Please handle teaware returns with care.


Final Sale & Discounted Items

We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for:

  • Items purchased using a coupon code

  • Items marked as GIFT CARDS, FINAL SALE, LAST CHANCE, or SALE


Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you need a different item, please:

  1. Request a return of the original item.

  2. Place a new order for the replacement item once the return is accepted.


European Union Customers – 14-Day Right of Withdrawal

If your order is shipped to an EU country, you have the right to cancel or return your purchase within 14 days — no questions asked.

Perishable natural of teas are excluded from the 14-day return policy.

Returned items must still meet our standard return conditions:

  • Unused, unopened, original packaging

  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase


Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items

Please inspect your items upon delivery.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days at  support@teanleaf.com so we can resolve the issue promptly with a replacement or refund.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of your refund status.

  • If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

  • Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund approval and you haven’t received your funds, please contact us.
